Upon arrival to the Columbo International Airport, you will be met and escorted to your vehicle and begin your Sri Lanka holiday. (Depending on arrival time, some tours maybe be omitted)
Enroute to your destination, you can visit one of the most important tourist attractions in Sri Lanka, the Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage. Volunteers and caretakers provide shelter and take care of orphaned, abandoned, and injured elephants within the park.
Next, arrive to your hotel in Dambulla, one of the ancient cities of Sri Lanka, boasting the largest rose quartz mountain range in South Asia, and check-in.
Your city tour will commence with a visit to one of the wonders of the ancient world – the Sigiriya Rock Fortress, a UNESCO world heritage site. Surrounded by moats and ramparts, the rock fortress remains an impressive sight. Nearby, the Dambulla Cave Temples, the largest and best-preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka, features over 150 Buddha statues and intricate paintings depicting the life of Lord Buddha.

Often called “Little England,” Nuwara Eliya reflects its British colonial heritage with features like the old brick Post Office, country-style hill clubs, an 18-hole golf course, and a horse racecourse.
Your city tour will cover the town’s highlights, including the golf course, trout streams, Victoria Park, and Lake Gregory, where you can enjoy boating or fishing. You’ll also have the chance to visit a working tea factory, renowned for producing some of the world’s finest Orange Pekoe tea.
