If you are reserving or booking a flight, hotel or package on behalf of someone else, you must obtain their consent to use their personal information. We proceed on the basis that you have obtained the aforementioned consent.

  • To fulfill our agreement with you, including processing your flight, hotel and package bookings and any other reservations, sending you your itinerary, conducting payment transactions for the services available on the site or contacting you if there is a problem with your reservation.

Account and Data Deletion

If you’d like to request for account or data deletion, you can do so by contacting us through our branches, call centre and WhatsApp channel. You can also delete your account through our iOS app. Simply sign in with your registered email address or mobile number, and you can find the delete option within your profile details
